Delivery and payment

• Art ordered in the online store www.agatabuczek.art are delivered via FedEx Express Poland sp.z o.o. in Poland and UPS SCS Sp. Z o.o. for foreign shipments.
• In Poland, shipments of original paintings are delivered free of charge. In the case of shipments below this amount and abroad, the delivery cost is given when ordering, after selecting the interesting item.
• The arts are shipped within 15 business days of receiving the payment on the account.
• The invoice for the purchase is sent to the customer by e-mail to the address provided during the order or the address on which the account is registered.
• After receiving the parcel, the customer should carefully check the condition of the packaging and its contents. In the event of any loss or damage, the customer should take all steps necessary to determine the liability of the carrier. In the event of damage, we recommend that you prepare a damage report.
• Payment for the purchase should be made to the bank account specified in the order summary. Data for the transfer are also sent by e-mail after placing the order.
