Return of goods purchased in the online store:

  • You are entitled to a 14-day period for returning the goods, counting from the date of receipt of the shipment.In the event of a partial or complete return of the order, the returned products should be sent back along with the completed and inserted in the package form “Statement of withdrawal from a distance contract” to the following address: Agata Buczek Art ul. Puławska 90A / 7, 02-620 Warsaw.
  • The return of the goods is made at the customer’s expense.
  • The goods should be returned to the address indicated above.
  • Goods with properties specified individually by the customer (e.g. painting on request) are not eligible for return.
  • Funds for the order should be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel by our employee.
  • Goods purchased in the online store “Agata Buczek Art” are subject to return, not subject to exchange.
  • The right to withdraw from the contract is entitled: – consumers; – economic entities who conclude a contract as directly related to their economic activity, when the content of the contract shows that it does not have a professional character for the entrepreneur, hereinafter referred to as “single-person PB”.
Complaint:

  • The Buyer may submit “Complaints” in the cases specified in the relevant regulations.
  • The Buyer sends the complaint together with the advertised goods and the confirmation of purchase to the following address: “Agata Buczek Art” Puławska 90A / 7, 02-620 Warsaw.
  • Agata Buczek Art reimburses the Buyer with the costs of justified complaints in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • In the event of a justified complaint, the defective goods will be brought into a condition compliant with the contract, first of all through free repair or replacement with new ones, within 60 working days of receiving the shipment with defective goods from the Buyer, unless repair or replacement is impossible or requires excessive costs. The relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply to the exercise of the rights under the warranty for defects in the goods.
  • Agata Buczek Art is not responsible for the differences between the art work in reality and in the photo, which result from the individual settings of the Buyer’s computer. We are talking about differences in colors, proportions, saturation and other similar parameters that affect the incorrect perception of the offered goods by the Buyer.
